C Hotel by Carmen’s is located at 1530 Stone Church Road East, Hamilton, Ontario, in the heart of the city’s east mountain and just outside of Stoney Creek. We’re just minutes from the Red Hill Valley Parkway, making it easy to reach downtown Hamilton, the Hamilton airport, Niagara, and the Greater Toronto Area.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is typically at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?
We will do our best to honor requests based on availability, additional fees may apply.

Breakfast is not included with your stay, but it is available for purchase at Baci Ristorante, located on-site. Baci offers a delicious à la carte breakfast menu each morning for your convenience.

Yes, there are two EV charging spots are located in the parking lot.
Do I need a credit card to make a reservation?
Yes, a valid credit card is required to guarantee your booking.
What are accepted payment methods?
C Hotel accepts all major credit cards. A $150 pre-authorization is required for incidentals. (We do not accept cash or debit for hotel rooms, exceptions are made for guests invited to a wedding as needed).

Do you have a pool or fitness center?
Yes, our pool and fitness center are available 5am -11pm daily.
Do you have an on-site restaurant or room service?
Yes, we’re proud to offer on-site dining at Baci Ristorante. Join us for breakfast Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, and Saturday to Sunday from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Dinner is served Wednesday to Sunday from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Room service is also available during Baci’s operating hours for your convenience.
